and

if words are in the speech bubbles between two people (on the left), governance is in the “speech bubble” between teams, or teams of teams (on the right).

When creating micro-communities and New Ways of Working, language is a major part of that narrative. It is a clear signal that modern and progressive organizations deliberately shape and change their language to fit (1) their culture and (2) their updated governance in and between the teams.
